Bloomington, Ind. — The Arts Alliance of Greater Bloomington (AAGB), a nonprofit organization bringing artists together and connecting to the greater Bloomington community, is pleased to announce its annual member event, this year re-imagined as a social evening on March 7 at Fountain Square Ballroom. The event invites all current and former AAGB members, supporters of the local arts community, and the general public to dress in their finest “creatively elegant” attire to join us in an evening of programming, food, and drink. The evening will feature a chance to mingle with fellow creatives, remarks from The City of Bloomington and the Indiana Arts Commission, recognition of the historic By Hand Gallery and its 45 years of commitment to the Bloomington arts community, and election ratification of the AAGB board by attending membership. This annual event not only honors the contributions of the individuals and organizations who make Bloomington a cultural hub, but also provides an opportunity for community members to connect and reflect on the progress and future of the arts in our city. Date: March 7, 2025 |
