Pillar Arts (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a nonprofit arts organization committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit pillararts.org (the “Site”). Please read this policy carefully. • Service Providers: We may share information with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Site, processing donations, or delivering communications (Square, WooCommerce, Kit, Zapier, Gravity Forms, Google Analytics, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Tockify, Wufoo, and others). These providers may store your data and are required to protect your data.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Pillar Arts, our users, or the public.
• Pillar Arts has not been required by law, court order, or governmental authority to disclose information as of site launch in July of 2025.
• Organizational Transfers: In the event of a merger, dissolution, or transfer of organizational assets, your information may be transferred to a successor organization under similar privacy protections.

When you purchase from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information

If you sign up for our mailing list, you will receive periodic emails from Pillar Arts via Kit, such as newsletters, event announcements, and fundraising updates. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in any email or by contacting us directly. Please allow up to 10 business days to ensure removal from our mailing list.

8. Data Retention
